- Diseñaras y desarrollaras un sistema de mejora contínua de los sistemas y subsistemas de calidad e implementación de CaPa's.
- Liderarás y gestionarás los sistemas de calidad de materias primas y producto acabado.
- Gestionarás la liberación y bloqueo de producto acabado y materia prima.
- Gestionarás el sistema de reclamaciones acorde a los estándares de Hartmann, del consumidor y / o cliente.
- Gestionarás todos los requerimientos del sistema de QA en todos los proyectos de la planta, dando soporte a los lideres de estos en términos de calidad.
- Diseñarás y desplegarás los sistemas de calidad en laboratorio.
- Diseño y despliegue de un control de proceso en las áreas de producción y paletizado que permita la fabricación de productos acorde a las especificaciones proveidas por R&D.
- Gestionaras un sistema de registros acorde a las necesidades de les sistemas de calidad y aspectos regulatorios de los diferentes paises.
- Serás la persona de contacto para operaciones en cuanto a la estrategia diseñada para la mejora de calidad.
- Estudios de Ingeniería Técnica, Biomédica o Industrial así como un master esoecializado o enfocado a calidad.
- Nivel de inglés Avanzado.
- Se valorarán conocimientos en sistemas de gestión ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, EMAS, ISO 45001, ISO 19011, ISO 11135, entre otros.
- Buena capacidad de aprendizaje
- Capacidades para comunicarse de manera efectiva y eficiente
- Valorable conocimientos de la herramienta LEAN
- Habilidades comunicativas y cooperativas para trabajos en equipo
- Se valorará conocimiento y experiencia trabajando con SAP.
