EXO QA Inspector

MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure that Coty product manufactured at Vendors' meet Coty Specification, Quality Protocols and Methodology and requirements.

To perform Quality Control (QC) inspection to ensure compliance with product specifications and prevent poor quality products from ending up on the markets.

Release product by taking final decision of batch in SAP
Block finish product in SAP when is not compliant and escalate when an issue is detected
Prioritize workload according to production, planning and shipping needs. SUQ monitoring
Involvement in the initiatives process by connecting with SIL Team
Manage standards and defect range boards. Ensure the necessary tools are available at the time of the inspection. Escalate in case of any constrain that would impact the release lead time
Quality Master Data set-up in SAP
Participate in the investigation and follow up of corrective and preventive actions for any product nonconformance to avoid recurrences
Support the Quality Team and Quality Projects when needed

This role may require isolated traveling

THE COTY IDEAL FIT

Knowledge:

Minimum 2 year experience and basic knowledge of Quality Systems, GMPs and Quality Control
Ability to read and interpret specifications, drawings and defect range boards
Able to use standard measuring equipment

Functional / Technical Skills:

Language skills as well as fluent written and spoken English skills required
SAP knowledge is a must
Strong sense of individual accountability

Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
Able to handle large volumes of work and change priorities as needed
Works independently, requiring little supervisory direction
