COTY, Granollers, Spain

_Granollers Planning HUB is recruiting a Snr DRP Planner. She/ he will be reporting to the Luxury DRP Leader_

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

Maximize Luxury service by ensuring availability and stablishing a good collaboration with Luxury Global markets.
Lead Risk mitigation process with markets.
Support the DRP process implementation and enhancement
Interface with Factory DRP, CSP, initiative planners. Escalating for leadership support when required.
FR review for the dedicated markets, managing escalations if necessary.
Own and develop key DRP processes

THE IDEAL FIT

Have more than 12 months of experience within the hub
Feels Accountable and owner personal drive to implement changes and challenge the current process and system to deliver results
Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal) are required in the role to maintain effective relationships with the markets
Deep Analytical skills and desire to develop tool to automatize our processes
Priority setting and organization skills
Motivated and with a "can do" attitude
