    The Marketing Coordinator role is essential to support the Marketing Director in maintaining high standards in Digital Home Entertainment and TV Distribution marketing, boosting the success of the distribution business.

    The position will closely collaborate with the Iberia Commercial team for the Digital Home Entertainment business and work with digital retail partners such as Prime Video, Orange, Rakuten, and more.

    This role covers maternity leave for 7 to 8 months and is based in our Madrid office, reporting to the Marketing Director for TV Distribution & Networks activities for Iberia (Spain & Portugal).

    The ideal start date for this position is from the end of August 2024 to mid-April 2025.

    Responsibilities:

    Feature Film - Title and Product Management

    • Manage marketing budget, campaign, and product P&L for SPE feature film launches;
    • Support the Feature Film pitch process with key partners;
    • Brief and manage media, digital, and creative agencies throughout campaigns;
    • Present franchise and catalogue plans to commercial teams;
    • Collaborate with agencies in managing social media activity;
    • Utilize industry insight for innovative marketing solutions;
    • Conduct post-mortems to evaluate ROI.

    TV Series – Pre-Sales Support

    • Assist the Marketing Director in a proactive pre-Sales marketing approach;
    • Provide marketing support materials to Sales Team;
    • Support TV clients with asset delivery.

    Internal & External Relationships

    • Main contact for creative and media agencies;
    • Main marketing contact for retail partners;
    • Build relationships with marketing counterparts in other territories;
    • Build relationships with internal Commercial and Sales Planning colleagues;
    • Organize live and virtual screening events;
    • Provide PR agency liaison support;
    • Work with LA office for product assets and materials.

    Planning, Monitoring & Reporting, and more

    • Attend marketing calls and report back to the team;
    • Create post-campaign reports for major title releases;
    • Check partner stores weekly;
    • Update spreadsheets and trackers;
    • Create purchase orders;
    • Assist with translations and proofreading;
    • Update release trackers and spreadsheets.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing and 2+ years of Marketing experience;
    • Experience in the entertainment or media sector preferred;
    • Proven track record of managing multiple projects successfully;
    • Experience in managing agencies and third parties;
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
    • Business-minded and commercially focused;
    • Fluency in Spanish and English.
