- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (B2 level - First Certificate) for oral and written communication.
- Experience in developing code, scripting, and automations (Ansible, JavaScript, Powershell, HTML/CSS, Python).
- Experience in Microsoft systems administration (Active Directory, GPOs).
- Experience in IIS administration, HTTP, and web redirections.
- Experience in API and Web Services development and management.
- Develop scripts for task automation (Ansible).
- Perform tasks in the Webhosting and Aliasing area (IIS maintenance, alias creation, redirections, etc.).
- Manage and resolve 2nd and 3rd level incidents.
- Interact with various IT departments and business units.
- Participate in the daily dynamics of the Application Delivery team.
- Collaborate with other projects and specific tasks related to the service.
