    Importante empresa de Shopper Marketing Omnicanal, con presencia internacional, precisa incorporar a un/a Commercial Strategy Lead para liderar la coordinación y optimización de las estrategias comerciales en las filiales de la compañía, apoyando a todos los equipos locales desde la empresa matriz del grupo.

    La posición es de nueva creación y reportará directamente al Chief Business Development Officer del Grupo, con el objetivo de aportar conocimiento, análisis y seguimiento en la implementación de la estrategia comercial en todos los mercados del grupo.

    Como comercial strategy lead, sus responsabilidades serán:
    • Desarrollar y hacer seguimiento del análisis comercial corporativo.
    • Crear reportes de gestión y desarrollar herramientas de control con dashboard integrado.
    • Presentar mejoras de la política comercial a través del análisis en estrategias de precios, promociones comerciales, ocupaciones, precios medios, descuentos, seguimiento de tarifas, etc.
    • Analizar y entender las tendencias de mercado y de los competidores.
    • Alinearse y actuar como vínculo entre los departamentos corporativos de Marketing y Business Controlling para asegurar una correcta definición de las políticas comerciales locales.
    • Alinearse con los Directores Generales y/o Comerciales de las filiales para adaptar la estrategia comercial en cada mercado.
    • Colaborar con los equipos locales para implementar iniciativas que maximicen los ingresos.
    • Dar soporte en el análisis y desarrollo de negocio en la apertura de nuevos mercados o posibles operaciones de M&A.
    Estamos pensando en una persona que tenga:
    • Experiencia contrastada de un mínimo de 3-5 años en funciones similares, departamentos de Business Controlling, Desarrollo de Negocio o Consultoría estratégica.
    • Licenciatura universitaria en Ingeniería, Business management o similar. Valorable Master en Escuela de Negocios.
    • Se requieren conocimientos financieros, de negocio, comerciales.
    • Deseables conocimientos del sector retail y/o FMCG.
    • Excelente capacidad analítica y atención al detalle.
    • Experiencia trabajando con equipos multifuncionales.
    • Habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para influir y persuadir.
    • Imprescindible dominio del inglés, tanto hablado como escrito.
