International Services Company leading an important presence and growth in Europe, Asia, Middle East and Latin America seeks to fulfill the position of Commercial Finance Manager for its Spanish branch.

The company operates within highly dynamic growing markets under national regulations, as well as with significant, solid, global expansion drive.

Mission

Reporting to and working closely with the Head of Finance, the incumbent will be responsible for reporting, ancillary sources of revenue, profitability of business unit and activities and commercial Budgeting / Forecast.

University Degree acquired in reputed university. Valuable MBA or similar postgraduate programme.
10 years working experience in finance areas working very close to business.
Experience in audit desired (preferably big four) and controlling ( financial, corporate, commercial, business)
Professional with high level of curiosity, and a genuine interest to understand and impact the business to drive and reach the targets.
Excellent command of English and Spanish.
Positive, excellent interpersonal understanding skills with high impact and influence components integrating his/her leadership styles.
Analytically driven, supports own position with data through proven presentation skills. Also, flexibly open to induce new patterns or, situation relevant factors.
Highly resilient, is an agile learner motivated by challenges.
Sees the larger picture in view of the good of the organization. Excellent listener, combines selfconfidence with an acute sense of humility.

Compensation and Benefits
