FUNCTIONS:
Responsabilities:

Prepare regular reports, focusing on direct contribution margin profitability.
Provide value added comments to explain main variances and propose concrete actions to improve commercial margin of the Group.
Follow and analyze the profitability of commercial promotional actions to help the business to achieve their success.
Identify hidden cost in all operational areas (Logistic, Packaging, Warehousing and Quality), through process analysis, promoting concrete actions to improve efficiency.
Define and implement finance KPIs for the identified costs and promotions.
Attend commercial meetings, maintaining independence and critical thinking.
Participate to financial monthly closing, ensuring alignment between financial and analytical data.
Continuous improvement of analytical structure in our systems.
Support the preparation of annual commercial budget and rolling forecast and give advice on financial implications of management decisions.
Assist in periodic audit tasks.
Full and global review of all financial statements of de Group.
Continuous analysis of stock to do a real provision of obsolescence, coordinate with procurement&planning and commercial departments.
Provide Ad hoc reports required by Board of Directors and senior management.
Offer financial support to non financial departments.
Contribute to standardize SAP processes across all BU's, with standard policies, procedures, KPI's and targets.
Coordinate and validate the SAP's evolutions and corrections at Controlling level.

Requirements:

Higher studies in Business Administration, Management, Finance or similar and at least 7/8 years of experience in a multinational company, as a business controller focusing on commercial area.
Advance speaker in English.
Proficiency in MS Excel (power pivot table, macros) and other MS tools.
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, BPC) and BI reporting tools. Business Objects is valued.
