    At GBfoods we offer culinary solutions in several countries of Europe and Africa with prestigious leading local brands, including Jumbo, Gallina Blanca, Erasco, Gino, Liebig, Star, Bama, D&L, Grand'Italia and Blå Band, among others.

    We are now loooking for a Front Office Agent to join our Customer Service Africa team. The incumbent will be responsible for managing Plannings, Orders, Deliveries and Collections with the maximum efficiency and client's satisfaction, following the processes and internal rules of GBfoods.

    Responsibilities:

    • Order reception and creation in the system.
    • Alignment of those orders with forecast.
    • Manage orders and deliveries according to closing expectations.
    • Reception and managing of complains.
    • Export documents handling.
    • Direct contact with Shipping Lines for booking management, solving issues and opportunity identifications.
    • Control of loading plans and alignment with production plans in factories (Spain, Belgium, Ghana, Nigeria, Senegal).
    • Interaction with Customers and Country Managers.
    • Co-working with Back Office and Demand Planning.
    • To participate in supply chain projects

    • Medium or High degree in International Trade
    • Experience in a similar position of at least 3 years (experience working in African markets very valuable)
    • English and Spanish mastering. French recommended.
    • SAP knowledge desirable
    • Open-minded, communication skills with customers and internal teams.
