Back Office Agent for our
Customer Service Africa Team in our headquarters in
Barcelona
Role & Responsibilities:
Giving support in the invoice to cash function to ensure that we receive on time the payments of our customers fulfilling the working capital requirements of our company.
- Managing export documents and the flow of goods release of the export business
- Informing customers about their deliveries and follow up them
- Working together with Logistics to follow up orders and also incidents
- Follow up and accounting of payments
- Degree in Economic, Business Administration or International Trade
- English negotiation level. French and Spanish would beneficial
- 1 year of experience in an administration role
- Cultural links with any subsaharan African countries
