    Savills Spain, one of the most prestigious international Real Estate Consultancy Firms, wants to hire a Capital Markets Associate to become part of the Hotel Business based in Madrid office.

    Responsibilities:

  • Execution of hotel transactions including sale and acquisition of hotels and / or portfolios. Specifically, this professional will be focused on investment opportunities across Spain, Southern Europe, and Mediterranean Region.
  • Development of the commercial strategy, this professional will be part of the team responsible to define and execute the commercial strategy of the department. Participating in business development / pitching activities. Execution of the commercial activities required for the acquisition/sale mandates, including strategy definition and preparation of pitches, commercial proposals and development of marketing tools (such as IM, presentations).
  • Financial Analysis of investment and divestment opportunities, including existing hotels, conversion buildings, plots, and operating platforms. Financial Modelling, such as DCF, EV analysis, etc.
  • Coordination of due diligence processes in connection with other teams (legal, finance, HR, commercial, technology, etc.), as well as closing negotiations.
  • Team Development: be in charge of the team management.

    • Requisitos

  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent. MBA, Finance orHotel Postgraduate is desirable.
  • /4 years of experience in investment banking (M&A advisory, transaction services, corporate M&A or private equity) and/or Business / Corporate development in the Hotel Industry.
  • Experience in Real Estate and Hotel transactions.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is essential (verbal and written). French or German is desirable.
  • We are looking for an analytical mind, results oriented person, with good communication and storytelling skills and ability to work in a project-oriented team.
