    Customer Service Representative (English-speaking) - On-Site - Fashion IndustryIn this dynamic role, you'll interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet.

    This position is onsite in our beautifully renovated facility in Barcelona and provides service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's products and/or services.

    What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:

    • Take incoming customer contacts (via telephone, email, voicemail, chats, or other future channels) and solve their queries
    • Log call details onto CRM and provide response and resolution within SLA. Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers
    • Escalate potential service issues. To follow all the processes and procedures of the project
    • Ensure contractual SLA is maintained
    Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you: - Have a proficient or bilingual level in English and intermediate level of Spanish

    • Have working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office
    • Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment
    • Have customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers' needs and basic sales skillsUpselling and crossselling
    • Can take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate call to resolution
