Recent graduate of a bachelor's in International Business. Currently in Barcelona with a valid NIE & Social Security Number to work in Spain. My core values in the work place are to be Enthusiastic, Customer Centric & Dedicated to everything I do.  I posses a strong attention to detail and organizational skills, as proven by my 2nd class honour's results.  Remote learning has allowed me to enhance my computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office and also working in IT sales. I developed valuable interpersonal skills from my role as Events Officer for the MU Saint Vincent DE Paul Society. 

As a recent graduate, I have experience working in different business sectors from retail, hospitality. IT sales, tourism & customer service. Working in IT sales as an outbound sales agents allowed me to further enhance my technological skills and communication with C -Level Executives across different European markets. My most recent experience as a customer success agent allowed me to strengthen my operational skills from managing fight reservations, hotels, excursions & transfers. Communicating directly with local partners in destination, airlines & drivers to perfect the service. 

I graduated from Maynooth University Ireland with a second - class  Bachelor's honours degree in International Business. A degree I completed while working full time as a bartender to pay off my student fees. In 2020, I was awarded a research grant alongside the Deputy Head of the Business School on a marketing topic of ‘Understanding the Luxury Consumer on social media.
