- SAINT LAURENT Operations Manager Southern Europe
- Work with Southern Europe store management and their team supporting their operations day-to-day activities;
- Ensure the brand policies and procedures are implemented and respected;
- Monitor the customer service offer to deliver excellent experience and to ensure consistency across all stores;
- Manage and control the regional stock shrinkage by location, take corrective measures as necessary;
- Plan, execute, and follow up on omni-channel features rollouts in the region;
- Prepare and follow-up with monthly/annual inventories in order to ensure a smooth product turn-over and allocation of space;
- Manage mantainence suppliers and their contracts
- Lead all the operations activities for new projects such as new openings, relocations, seasonal opening/closure
- Works with H&S to implement and improve H&S regulations within the Stores
- Significant experience of minimum 5 years in retail operations in a fast-paced environment with luxury retail background;
- Significant experience in managing stock and administrative tasks;
- Excellent project management skills ;
- Excellent English skills both written and verbal. Spanish is a plus.
- MS Office skills; Excel, Word and Power point.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational follow up skills

- Precision, organizational skills, Being organized and able to prioritize tasks based on the needs of the business
- High availability, responsiveness
Ability and flexibility to travel within Southern Europe (Italy, Spain, Greece and Portugal).
