    About you

    To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

    • 3+ years experience in constructing analytic solutions to business problems.
    • Background in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
    • Enthusiasm for using data to solve business problems, with an understanding of algorithms, data processing methods, and visualization techniques.
    • Proven experience working with major Data Science frameworks and libraries, including Pandas, SciPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow/Keras, PyTorch, etc.
    • Proficiency with Python, Pyspark, Git, and SQL.
    • Practitioner with proven knowledge and strong interest in Generative AI.
    • Good communication and presentation skills, storytelling based on data.
    • Proactive and constructive attitude and team player.
    • Create a good working environment.
    • High level in English.

    Overview

    As a member of CIB Banking CoE (Center of Expertise), you will work with different product and business units within CIB (Corporate and Investment Banking) helping them develop data-based products and generating data-driven decisions.

    About the job

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand needs and requirements.
    • Identify necessary data and be responsible for data exploration, including harmonization and preparation.
    • Develop, maintain, and optimize robust data pipelines that transform data into business insights using Python and PySpark in the Cloud Data Platform (AWS).
    • Design and implement analytic solutions based on statistical analysis and machine learning.
    • Create reports with findings, formulate recommendations, and present conclusions effectively to various audiences.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to convert analytical proof of concepts into productive modules.
    • Maintain, monitor, and evolve analytical solutions.
    • Use communication skills to share analysis results.
