WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As Business Developer you will support the definition and execution of the Banking & Corporate Finance strategy, being a key point of contact with other areas of CIB.

You will play an important role with businesses and countries regarding strategic initiatives.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
Contribute to set the strategic agenda of the division by preparing materials for the Head of Banking & Corporate Finance; and delivering the underlying strategic projects Execute the strategic planning processes for Banking & Corporate Finance Monitor budget achievement at corporate finance and country level Analyze industry data and trends to provide insights and support to management and industry groups Give support on monthly reporting and provide analysis of financials and deal pipeline Close collaboration and engagement with Senior Management on global initiatives Provide support to Global Head of Banking & Corporate Finance for his managing role, senior management presentations and meetings Ensure the appropriate execution of internal governance procedures Enhance digitalization and data quality efficiencies of deal workflow by improving and connecting internal CRM tools

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 23 years of experience in Banking, Strategy Consulting or comparable job

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance, engineering with strong academic performance
Master's degree in Finance desirable
CFA Charterholder is a plus

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Strong analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Autonomy and ability to thrive in dynamic, collaborative works environment
Ability to manage several assignments simultaneously and to assign priorities under challenging timetables and short deadlines
Professional maturity, commitment, rigorous and detailoriented
Proficient in using Microsoft Office with strong focus in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Fluency in Spanish and English is required (ability to interact with global stakeholders on a recurrent basis). Other languages are a plus.
