- Coordinación tanto del ocio diurno (deporte, niños), como del ocio nocturno (shows y espectáculos nocturnos).
- Contacto con proveedores externos de servicios y espectáculos.
- Diseño y creación de espectáculos propios del hotel, con contratación de profesionales.
- Guión y ensayo de espectáculos.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años como Jefe/a de Actividades o posición similar.
- Se valorará experiencia como Director/a artístico de espectáculos.
- Experiencia en Miniclub, shows y actividades fitness deportivas.
- Competencias: Innovación, Creatividad, Visión Global y Estratégica, Orientación a Resultados, Orientación al Cliente, Gestión del Cambio, Influencia y Negociación, Liderazgo, Colaboración y trabajo en Equipo.
- Nivel alto de Inglés. Se valorará positivamente otro idioma.
