A newly created position, the Regional Director 's role will manage, inspire, influence, and develop a high performing, skilled, and engaged team con sisting of a Regional Coordinator, Service Coordinators, Mobile Coordinators, and Subject Matter Experts in rostering, compliance, and educational specialists across a small portfolio of services.

About the role


Reporting to the State General Manager, you will lead Junior Adventures Group's strategic and operating plan for a portfolio of services and lead a team ensuring compliance and service excellence with a focus on service contract retention and growth.

Your role will also include ensuring key positive relationships in these areas:
d irect m anagement of k ey a ccounts
t eam of direct reports in cluding Regional Coordinator, Senior Coordinators, and Mobile Coordinators
s tate and n ational g overnment b odies ( r egulators) JAG Australia
e xecutive t eam
JAG g roup f inance
b usiness d evelopment m anagers

Who are we looking for?

- s ite team
experience l eading and developing high performing teams
d emonstrated ability to build sustainable external and internal relationships
d egree qualified or at least 2 years appropriate experience
