    We are seeking a full-time Associate Manager, Site Agreements who will oversee a team of contract reviewers to ensure timely and high-quality site contract reviews for study start-up and maintenance. The Associate Manager will guarantee that internal and external expectations are met while identifying and addressing risks. Additionally, the Associate Manager will serve as the line manager for site contract specialists.

    Job responsibilities:
    • Independently review and negotiate site contracts, confidentiality agreements, and related documents following defined processes and timelines across various locations.
    • Develop and manage a database to retain knowledge of client contract processes, assist in organizing trainings, and evaluate training effectiveness.
    • Stay updated on local regulations affecting site contracts, offer guidance, and communicate with Fortrea's Legal and Finance departments.
    • Provide clear guidance on financial and legal aspects of site contracts.
    • Supervise accurate tracking and progress of site contracts, maintain electronic files, and support the local Site Contract Specialist and Clinical Team with legal advice.
    • Participate in client partnership development, train and mentor less experienced team members, and assist the Site Contract Manager in various tasks.
    • Manage personnel, contribute to performance reviews, and oversee day-to-day work under the Site Contract Manager's guidance.


    Requirements:
    • Experience in clinical research with a strong understanding of ICH guidelines, FDA regulations, and IRB/IEC regulations.
    • Bachelor's degree from a University or College.
    • Proficiency in the local language and English.
