- Review full contracting paperwork and obtain missing information
- Be the first point of contact for customers with questions and concerns
- Monitor contract progress
- Assist with daily Point of Sale follow up, and outstanding signatures, documents and payments
- Prepare weekly reports for the Sales meetings
- Track and announce period budgets and targets through commercial plan
- Ensure there is sufficient sales collateral for sales presentations
- Print and organize price lists
- Prepare monthly Sales Executive schedules
- Review time worked, leaves and absences for Sales team
- Keep notice boards up to date with relevant information
