    Further supporting our growth and innovation momentum, we are establishing a new Global Capability Center in Barcelona to deploy new capabilities to effectively support its global commercial and functional teams. Located in the upscale Eixample District in the heart of Barcelona, Galderma's Global Capability Center offers numerous possibilities for professional development such as exposure to global and cross-functional projects and access to global career opportunities.

    The Finance Business Partner - Global IT (m/f/d) works closely with senior stakeholders in Galderma's IT organization in Switzerland and EMEAC, controlling IT and project related costs, including providing global visibility and tracking.

    Key Responsibilities

    • As the IT business partner, drive continuous improvement in the IT investments, identify savings opportunities and ensure delivery of key targets.
    • Manage the financial processes for the IT costs, including forecasting and reporting both internally and externally and across all global IT spend.
    • Drive closer cooperation across the financial community to support transparency and IT cost reporting to ensure the financial model is fully implemented.
    • Continuous improvement of the IT costs operating model ensuring back charges are eliminated
    • Manage the overall Facilities costs and Budget, ensuring proper reporting (CAPEX, Operational costs, Depreciation & Amortization)
    • Act as the financial expert regarding CAPEX Management related to IT costs in close collaboration with Corporate Accounting / Group Consolidation
    Skills and Qualifications
    • 8-10 years of experience in controlling and/or audit Finance department for an international company and matrix organization, preferably in the pharmaceutical or IT industry Minimum 10 years working experience in an international environment in controlling/audit
    • Global knowledge in reporting costs in complex multi-national structures.
    • Knowhow in Accounting and Controlling.
    • Good command of business English is mandatory, any additional languages will be considered a plus
    • Microsoft Office skills mandatory (Word, Excel, Outlook) & ERP knowledge (SAP+)
    • Business Intelligence tools knowledge (Hyperion, BO, Power BI) and reporting systems
