    E-commerce Manager (Fashion)

    Online Product Manager

    Retail Talent Group specializes in talent management and recruitment in eRetail, eCommerce, and Distribution sectors.

    Our client is a major multinational company and a leader in the retail sector, specifically in fashion.

    Requirements:

    We are seeking a professional profile for an E-commerce Manager to join the Marketing department to develop a new international fashion brand.

    Responsibilities:
    - Reporting to the brand's management, involvement in the creation and subsequent updates, monitoring, and growth plan of the website/e-commerce platform from scratch.
    - Collaborating with an external agency to create the website from scratch using Shopify.
    - Managing the commercial planning and activation of the e-commerce platform.
    - Continuously implementing, improving, and optimizing the company's website to ensure an exceptional user experience and increase conversions.
    - Creating and adapting Product Pages, Banners, and Codes.
    - Monthly target monitoring and Sell-Out, along with KPI tracking.
    - Developing and activating marketing plans according to the brand's release calendar and commercial periods.
    - Activating various performance levers to drive traffic to the website: Paid Media, SEO, SEM, and CRM.

    Requirements:
    - Minimum of 3 years' experience in e-comm Management roles, preferably in fashion, Retail, or consumer goods sectors.
    - Strong interest in fashion, keeping updated on the latest trends in the sector and competition benchmarking.
    - Specialization in specific areas such as web design, email marketing, and online sales.
    - Proactivity and problem-solving skills to tackle challenges and find effective solutions.
    - VERY HIGH level of English proficiency.
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic and demanding team.
    - University degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related fields is a plus.
