- Atender incidencias relacionadas con los huéspedes.
- Gestionar reservas en la plataforma de alquiler turístico Airbnb.
- Organizar llegadas para nuestros apartamentos en toda España.
- Generar las mejores experiencias apoyando a nuestros huéspedes en sus necesidades.
- Controlar la calidad de las tareas del departamento.
- Experiencia de 1 a 3 años en roles similares (un plus si es dentro del sector).
- Dominio del inglés (mínimo C1) y se valorará el conocimiento de otros idiomas.
- Buena organización y habilidades de comunicación.
- Pasión por ayudar a los huéspedes a disfrutar de sus viajes y estancias.
- Afinidad por la tecnología.
- Gusto por el rock and roll para darle ritmo a tus actividades.
