    PERTOR, a company Associated with OTIS España, is looking for a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (M/F) FOR ELEVATORS to provide service in MURCIA.
    The main functions of the position will include:
    • Performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on assigned routes (hence the need for Elevator Maintainer Certificate).
    • Shift service and 24H availability.
    • Identifying new business opportunities with assigned clients.
    Minimum requirements:
    • Certification/training: Elevator Maintainer Certificate is required, according to the new ITC. If this certificate is not available, only the following technical FP titles will be considered equivalent: Electromechanical Maintenance Technician, Industrial Mechatronics Sup. Tech, Industrial Equipment Maintenance Sup. Tech, Electrical/Electronic Maintenance Specialist Tech, or Mechanical Maintenance Specialist Tech.
      • Industrial specialization Engineering degrees will also be considered valid.
    • Previous training in Occupational Risk Prevention (50-60h) will be valued.
    • Previous experience: preferably at least 3 years in elevator maintenance/installation. In case of no prior experience, one of the previous FP degrees is required (Certification/training section).
    • Languages: Spanish mandatory. English proficiency will be valued.
    • Office automation: user level or advanced in complete Ms Office.
    Other:
    Valid B driving license.
