Join our dynamic team as a Technical Support Specialist, where you will tackle a variety of systems, technologies, and challenges. Are you ready to be part of an engineering company that loves solving IT puzzles?

Tasks

User online and offline support for corporate hardware and software
Initial diagnostics of hardware and software when issues arise
Restoring serviceability, excluding major or complex repairs
Setting up new computers (laptops and desktops) for users on Windows and macOS
Configuring office equipment (printers, scanners) and linking them to office networks
Arranging the transfer of faulty equipment for repair and checking after repair completion
Involvement in equipment procurement processes (defining requirements, receiving equipment)
Managing user accounts within information systems
Configuring user access rights to the company's IT resources
Monitoring equipment performance, computer network operations, and user activities
Developing user guides for equipment and software operation

Requirements

University or college degree or relevant professional training in information technology or a related field
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a technical role with diverse responsibilities
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory management
Experience in working with remote users and support tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring effective task prioritization
Broad technical background with a willingness to expand knowledge
Strong diagnostic, analysis, and problem-solving skills, along with a proactive approach
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Spanish is a bonus
Knowledge and capability to configure resources on Amazon Web Services
Previous exposure to Microsoft Dynamics
Proficiency in configuring and using computing resource virtualization
Setting up network equipment, including switches and firewalls
