    Quieres crecer profesionalmente dentro del mundo de la distribución hotelera? En openROOM buscamos un Yield Manager para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de Revenue Management.

    Una gran oportunidad dentro de nuestro programa de formación openTALENT, dirigido a personas entusiastas, con poca experiencia pero con muchas ganas de aprender y poner en práctica todo lo que saben.

    En qué consiste el puesto? Realizarás tareas de apoyo al departamento de Revenue Management de openROOM.

    Al incorporarte se te asignará un mentor, que te guiará, te asignará tareas y te supervisará, siendo tu referencia dentro de openROOM.

    Alguien de quien aprenderás y que tendrás siempre accesible para solventar tus dudas, del tipo que sean.


    Entre tus principales funciones estarán:

    • Manejo de Channel Manager y extranets OTAs
    • Interlocución con Agencias
    • Acciones diarias de Yield: carga de contratos, aperturas y cierres, restricciones y cupos...
    • Análisis de Benchmarking
    • Control de Disparidades La jornada de trabajo será de Lunes a Viernes de 9h a 17h o de 10h a 18h, combinando el trabajo presencial con el teletrabajo. Qué buscamos? Licenciados en Turismo, ADE o Empresariales con muchas ganas de participar, de hacer cosas nuevas, de afrontar nuevos retos, de aprender y mejorar. Para incorporarse a este puesto de trabajo serán necesarias nociones básicas de Excel y nivel medioalto de inglés. Qué ofrecemos? Un plan de formación de 2 años, en el que aprenderás y te desarrollarás profesionalmente con una retribución que irá creciendo contigo, a medida que vayas desarrollando tus conocimientos y adquiriendo más responsabilidades. Jornada completa Incorporación inmediata El salario es de 17.000€ brutos durante el primer año, y se va revisando.
    Requisitos :
    Residencia en Mallorca. Diplomatura, Licenciatura, o Grado. Incorporación inmediata.
