    Job description

    We are looking for a Revenue Analyst Junior to join our team in Palma de Mallorca. The ideal candidate would be a self-motivated and intellectually curious person, who also is passioned about the sector and has easiness for data analysis. Someone who wants to work in an international environment and has good communication skills. Our future teammate will provide analytical support and will be responsible for the following functions reporting directly to the Revenue Manager.

    Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Review Analytical BI Tools for Revenue Management.
  • Monitoring Market Trends and Competitor Analysis.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making.
  • Analyze and interpret performance trends of clients, and market behaviour to identify opportunities for optimization and growth in accordance with strategic objectives.
  • Conduct market research to support analysis & centralized revenue management decisions.
  • Implement revenue management operations, procedures, and best practices.

    • Requirements

  • University degree in Tourism, bachelor's degree in business administration and management, Economics, Data Science or similar.
  • Experience in Yield & Revenue tasks is a plus.
  • Clear understanding of organizational and commercial practices within dynamic tourism sector.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially high-level command of Excel/PowerBI, or other data analysis.
  • Strong sense of need for achievement of goals and success.
