- Provide input into the design of processes in the S/4 system based on FIT GAPs, create the functional specifications, data objects and fields design, impact on roles etc...
- Collaborate closely with the business team to document the requirements and also with the development team.
- Responsible to use Solution Manager and the relevant documentation requirements including following CSV guidelines.
- Responsible to define user stories, their acceptance criteria and the definition of done.
- Support liaising between O2C and other streams.
- Good Presentation skills
- Ability to demonstrate SAP Processes to wider audience
- Agile knowledge, ideally Safe agile certified: candidate will be part of the agile team, the team has one scrum master and one Product Owner, and is expected to participate in all the Ceremonies of the ART such as daily stand up, Iteration Demo and Reviews, Program Increment Planning e
- Substantial proven experience working in client facing consulting / contracting roles.
- Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs of significant size, scope and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA
- Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.
- Experience in mentoring and coach consulting resources.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
