¿A quién buscamos?
Estamos buscando a un mecánico con conocimientos de electromecánica. Que sea experto en montajes de engranajes y ajustes de precisión de máquinas de alta velocidad. Además debe dominar las reparaciones, soldaduras, modificaciones y mejoras en sistemas, instalaciones y resolución de problemas. Debe tener conocimientos de electricidad básica en general para ampliación de polivalencia, Inglés valorable.
¿Cuáles son las funciones del puesto?
En dependencia del Jefe de Mantenimiento de la fábrica de JDE Coffee & Tea situada en Mollet del Vallés, el mecánico se encargará principalmente de:
La ejecución de mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos, junto con los otros miembros del departamento, principalmente en los aspectos de mecánica y elctromecánica de su responsabilidad, en règimen de turnos.
La reparación de averías de su área de responsabilidadEl análisis para mejora de los sistemas actuales y propuesta y ejecución de de mejoras dentro del ámbito de la Mejora contínua.
Participación activa en los procesos establecidos del propio departamento de mantenimiento, (registros, datos, información técnica, etc).Involucración y colaboración total en el actual equipo de mantenimiento.
Participación en la puesta en marcha de nuevos equipos e instalaciones, junto con otros departamentos.Investigación y propuesta de las piezas y recambios necesarios y otras mejorasPropuesta y realización de mejora en los procesos, como consecuencia de mejora contínua y relacionadas con los pilares de AM (Mantenimiento autónomo) y PM (Mantenimiento Preventivo)Participacion e incluso liderazgo de algunos de los aspectos y herramientas de mejora contínua relacionados con sus responsabilidades, tipo Kaizen, RCA, OPL, etc.
Eres perfecto para la posición si:
Tienes una FPII Mecánico, Eléctromecànico o similarCuentas con una experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años en puesto similar, con experiencia en maquinaria de envasado de alto rendimiento (imprescindible)Posees altos conocimientos de instalaciones eléctricas según el Reglamento de Instalaciones de Baja Tensión vigenteTienes Conocimientos de neumática y hidràulicaEres usuario de ofimáticaTienes un nivel de Inglés medio (conversación con técnicos internacionales)Eres una persona con capacidad para la rápida resolución de incidencias, con habilidad para aportar soluciones de mejora, iniciativa personal y autonomíaTienes posibilidad de incorporación inmediata, con carácter indefinido, con flexibilidad para trabajar en los distintos turnos de producción#J-18808-Ljbffr
