- Lead a team of Electric Vehicle Charger Escalation Specialists to coordinate maintenance across our global charging network.
- Mentor and manage the team to drive continuous improvement and ensure rapid issue resolution.
- Develop strategies to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Act as the escalation point for technical issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams for solutions.
- Establish quality control standards and training programs.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for spare parts and maintenance.
- Lead training and development sessions for the team.
- Flexible to work shifts for global customer support.
- Proficient in English, spoken and written.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in managing technical teams, preferably in electric vehicle charging.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Financial acumen and project management experience.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Knowledge of electric vehicle charging systems.
- Proficiency in multiple languages.
