- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Electric Vehicle Charger Escalation Specialists to nurture a collaborative and high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.
- Supervise the remote coordination of reactive maintenance tasks to ensure swift responses and resolution for charging stations worldwide. Respond to and process alarms, trouble tickets, purchase orders, and invoices following standard operating procedures.
- Develop and execute reactive and proactive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and enhance performance.
- Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues, collaborating closely with field operations, RME Technicians, vendors, and other internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Establish and uphold stringent quality control standards for maintenance procedures and training.
- Monitor and manage trouble ticket/work order processes and queues while ensuring top-notch customer care and service quality.
- Collaborate with category procurement, suppliers, and vendors to procure spare parts, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong partnerships.
- Conduct training sessions and development programs for the team and individuals to continually enhance their technical and leadership skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts to ensure customers worldwide receive timely and reliable support.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or completed an Electrical Apprenticeship or equivalent program.
- Demonstrated experience in managing technical teams, preferably in the electric vehicle charging sector or similar industry.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Financial acumen and budget management expertise.
- Robust project management proficiencies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of electric vehicle charging systems and infrastructure.

Purpose of the role
