    Como Business Development Director, podrás:
    Tener plena responsabilidad de liderar el proceso de venta desde su inicio hasta el cierre del acuerdo.
    Apoyar y establecer alianzas estructurantes para generar múltiples oportunidades.

    Adaptar la venta del proyecto con apoyo del departamento de producto e ingeniería y liderar el desarrollo de la oferta.

    Estimar los costos y precios de los proyectos, liderando las negociaciones comerciales para cerrar los contratos.

    Reportar oportunidades de proyectos en nuestra herramienta CRM.Aumentar la visibilidad de H2SITE en todo el mundo participando en eventos y foros.

    Establecer oportunidades de colaboración con clientes para consorcios de I+D.Experiencia mínima de 10 años en el entorno técnico de ventas para contratos de equipos y servicios, idealmente en el campo de la ingeniería de procesos/química o negocios de energía.

    Experiencia en ingeniería (ingeniería de procesos, ingeniería química...) combinada con un título en administración de empresas o equivalente.
    Historial comprobado de cierre de ventas.

    Autónomo y orientado a resultados (historial de consecución de objetivos ambiciosos).Sólida comprensión de los términos comerciales y legales para la venta de equipos y acuerdos de servicio.

    Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación, capaz de influir en las decisiones del cliente.
    Eres un doer, estás cómodo trabajando en una start-up en constante cambio.
    Inglés de negociación (oral y escrito).Proyecto único de I+D+i centrado en la lucha contra el cambio climático.
    Ser parte de un equipo talentoso y acogedor.
    Flexibilidad y Autonomía.
    Posición en remoto.
