Company: Celebration Cruise line ----- Period Dec 2014 – Nov 2022 Position: Assistant Hotel Director

  • Supervising entire hotel department and motivating crew and management staff. 
  • Organizing and conducting check-in and check-out every turn around cruise. 
  • Supervising general administrative tasks for all departments with the Division Heads. 
  • Handling and resolving guests’ and crew concerns. 
  • Holding regular briefings and meetings with all head of departments.
  • Ensuring a professional, friendly and courteous service to all guests. 
  • Maintaining effective control of revenue and expenditure to achieve optimum financial efficiency. 
  • Working to improve the profitability, productivity and efficiency of the Ship Divisions. 
  • Handling and resolving Guests’ logs complains and crew concerns also deals directly with those complaints, which require intervention by ship’s management. 
  • Ensuring a high-quality service in the accommodation and catering 24/7.

Educación

EDUCATION 

Institute Tridentino, High School Diploma Northern English School, English Translator (both read and spoken) Miami International ships, Miami Florida, Lic Administration and Tourism (Public Relations Degree in Hospitality Management. Strong F&B Background Shipboard experience, good exposure to leading a team with a strong land based managerial background in a luxury environment.
