- Support day-to-day operations to achieve social and economic goals, including customer satisfaction, occupancy and revenue, and cost control
- Manage and develop the Asset Executive team to ensure career progression and development
- Process development and optimization of a "Unique Living Experience" with Home & Co
- Managing the ongoing profitability of the Asset, ensuring revenue and tenant satisfaction targets are met and exceeded
- Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and check the same during routine operational checks. Consultant /GRM guidance to be taken wherever required
- Responsible for the preparation, presentation, and subsequent achievement of the annual Operating Budget
- Responsible for legalization, Occupational Health & Safety Act, fire regulations and other legal requirements
- Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved
- Degree in business administration and/or hotel management with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
- A strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies
- Advanced analytical skills with a strong focus on data analysis

- Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English skills will set you apart from the crowd.
- You're a multitasker who can handle a couple of curve balls and who loves a good challenge
- Good understanding of the hospitality business or real estate are a plus
- 27 days of annual leave + 1day per year of employment, up to a maximum of 30 days per annum
