RDT Ingenieros is looking for a MECHANICAL TEST ENGINEER.

Work Package for Mechanical test campaign preparation/execution on several Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) components. Test activities to be developed at test bench and final WTG prototype (Field tests).

Preparation and execution of tests according to TR's (Test Requests) for components and WTG prototypes.

Components and systems tests for this STOW are mainly focus (but not restricted) to the WTG actuation systems Pitch, hydraulic groups, Yaw and lubrication systems.

Test scope are mostly targeting performance, extreme and fatigue conditions.

Requisitos:

Test set up, test procedure, procurement plan, instrumentation plan, postprocessed data and test report.

Mechanical/Industrial engineering degree
Proven experience in testing activities management (design of tests)
Background/knowledge in WTG systems, primarily Actuation systems but it is also valuable the knowledge in other components like Gearbox and bearings, thermal conditioning systems.
Alternative background in testing activities for the aeronautical or car industry would also be valuable.
Proven skills in data processing and analysis.
