Your mission

Hello there and welcome to your new challenge here at Sungrow

In liaison with the HR Generalist, you will:

Collaboration in different projects of the Human Resources department.
HR support in a wide range of activities
Personnel administration, administrative recurrent documentation, suppliers, approval processes, etc.
Analysis of information and production of different standard and ad hoc reports.
Create and analyze dashboards.
Collaboration in different projects of the Human Resources department, locally and internationally.
Local development of relationships with schools and universities
Support and participation in job fairs logistics
Eventually support the management of resources and even general affairs.
Support in internal communication processes related to HR
Support with the HRMS system

Profile:

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role?

Bachelor/Master's degree in HR or equivalent background
Must be fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal as well as in writing, Mandarin is a plus
You have good MS Office skills
Need to be careful, patient, and responsible to do daily operational work
You have the motivation to actively participate and contribute your knowledge
