    Als People & Cultrue Generalist stellst du die Menschen in den Mittelpunkt deines Handelns. Du wirst die Möglichkeit haben wichtige People & Culture Prozesse und Transformationsinitiativen voranzutreiben. Es handelt sich um eine Vollzeitstelle mit flexiblen Arbeitsbedingungen und einer Kombination aus Büro- und Heimarbeit.

    Du wirst in einer Matrixorganisation tätig sein, standortübergreifende Aufgaben wahrnehmen undmit verschiedenen Stakeholdern vor Ort und international zusammenarbeiten. Du wirst mit People & Culture Teams in der DACH-Region und innerhalb der Amadeus IT Group weltweit zusammenarbeiten.

    Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

    Mitarbeiterbindung und – entwicklung:

    Steuerung aller personalbezogenen Maßnahmen und Prozesse entlang des gesamten Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus. Beratung und Unterstützung der Führungskräfte sowie der Mitarbeitenden in personalrelevanten und arbeitsrechtlichen Themen.

    Personalbeschaffung:

    Unterstützung des Unternehmens in allen Aspekten der Talentakquise und der Einstellungsprozesse, einschließlich der Durchführung von Vorstellungsgesprächen und Vertragsverhandlungen, um die besten Talente für uns zu gewinnen.

    Vergütung und Sozialleistungen:

    Überwachung von Vergütungs- und Leistungsvorschlägen und Sicherstellung der internen Gerechtigkeit und Kohärenz mit globalen Richtlichen. Beaufsichtigung und Verwaltung unseres lokalen Gehaltsabrechnungsanbieters.

    Change Management und Projekte:

    Beteiligung an der Entwicklung von People & Culture-Zielen und -Systemen. Unterstützung der Führungskräfte bei der Entwicklung von Change-Management-Initiativen. Zusammenarbeit mit globalen People & Culture-Arbeitsgruppen, um People & Culutre-Richtlinien zu entwicklen und zu verbessern.

    Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat:

    Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Betriebsräten, um verschiedene People & Culture-Angelegenheiten zu behandeln und eine effektive Kommunikation und Kooperation zu gewährleisten.

    Ziehe mit uns in unser neues Büro:

    Mitarbeit an unserem spannenden Umzugsprojekt in 2024. In Q3/2024 ziehen wir gemeinsam in unser neu gestaltetes Büro nach Bad Homburg.

  • Du besitzt eine umfangreiche Berufserfahrung in generalistischer People & Culture Position von mindestens 3 Jahren, idealerweise in einem komplexen, internationalen Umfeld
  • Du hast eine Leidenschaft für People & Culture und verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Fach-/ oder Hochschulstudium.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten in einer Matrixorganisation.
  • Du verfügst über starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Du bist sehr flexibel und kannst dich an die jeweilige Situation anpassen.
  • Du hast einen eigenständigen, praxisorientierten Arbeitsstil und klare Stärken in der konzeptionellen Arbeit sowie in der Umsetzung.
  • Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1, muttersprachlich oder zweisprachig)
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung mit Workday, das wäre ein Plus.
