Experiencia
Develop and refine comprehensive job descriptions
Conduct in-depth compensations and benefits analyses for various positions, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation packages.
Organize and maintain candidate information in the internal database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
Comply and analyze key metrics related to new hires, providing insights to optimize onboarding processes
Conduct structured interviews with potential candidates, evaluating qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization.
Proactively source and engage potential candidates through various social platforms
Coordinate follow-up meetings with Hiring Managers to provide updates on the recruitment process
Support employees with People Care initiatives, including benefits enrollment, HR-related queries, and policy guidance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address employee relations matters, promoting a healthy work environment
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
Provide support in HR administrative tasks.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to HR and People Care, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
