    • You will manage day-to-day Prime Video Compliance Trust & Safety Operations, overseeing content moderation, classification, and data labeling tasks.
    • Collaborating across teams, you will review content to ensure it aligns with established guidelines.
    • You will evaluate Prime Video material, sometimes of a sensitive nature, and implement policy decisions regarding content.
    • As a frontline team member, you will handle and evaluate delicate content to safeguard the platform and users.
    • You will collect, assess, and leverage relevant data to enhance the overall Prime Video user journey.
    • You will stay informed about industry trends and potential anomalies in policy domains, and engage in content evaluations.

    This position involves scrutinizing content to ensure compliance with regulations. This may include assessing content that is later determined to be non-compliant, which could contain challenging or disconcerting material.

    We are looking for candidates to join our team in either of the following locations:

    Madrid, M, ESP

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    - * Experience using Microsoft Office suite
    - * Proficiency in data-driven operational processes
    - * Fluency in English and French (C1+)

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    - * Background in content policy, anti-abuse measures, and online content moderation
    - * Ability to identify abuse patterns or experience in news or policy, particularly with an interest in global matters like freedom of expression, contentious online content, misinformation, etc.
    - * Experience collaborating with international teams.
