- Manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate billing without any surprises.
- Collaborate with all departments to maintain high occupancy rates, assisting the Front Office Manager with any potential overbookings.
- Handle phone calls, fulfill requests, provide recommendations for local entertainment and dining options - serving as a one-stop resource for our guests.
- Act as the hotel's gatekeeper, possessing knowledge of key individuals and important information.
- Additionally, there are some administrative tasks involved such as managing expenses, maintaining lists, and placing orders for stationery - but we know you enjoy these responsibilities.
