    Job Description As Transformation Office Analyst, you will facilitate & coordinate the execution of the transformation in Southern Europe.
    Project management & change management supportImpact monitoringAlignment & coordination with all stakeholdersSupport to feed the pipeline of initiativesSome of the key accountabilities of this role are :
    Stakeholder engagement, change management & communication : Ensure stakeholders are identified, engaged, and supported effectively through the changes driven by the portfolio
    Support delivery across SE initiatives Play a crucial role in ensuring the potential value is realised by supporting initiative owners in the delivery of their initiativesHelp to drive speed and agility in decision making, identifying areas to eliminate duplicative work, remove barriers to progress, and accelerate stronger integration across business units and functionsProvide hands-on delivery support within specific projects, as requiredComplete pre-mortems on SE Big Rocks InitiativesPortfolio planning & governance Ensure the appropriate governance is in place to support the execution and value capture of the portfolio, driving resource optimisation and alignment across all initiativesAid the prioritisation efforts across the portfolio of activitySupport the requirements gathering and development of the overall programme business case and supporting initiative business casesWork with initiative owners on the planning and prioritization of individual initiatives (including scheduling, work plans, resourcing)

    Manage dependencies, risk / issues and coordinate corrective actionsTracking and reporting value capture Track costs and benefits for individual initiativesWork with business stakeholders to track and report on value captureWhat we look for :

    Experience in project management, preferably in consulting (e.g., in a Project Management Office (PMO) in the context of transformation projects)2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in consulting (e.g.

    , in a Project Management Office (PMO) in the context of transformation projects)Bachelor's degree with a strong record of academic achievementEnjoy the flexibility and agility that is required in a consulting environmentProven ability to work independently and as a team memberStrong quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skillsEntrepreneurial and results-drivenAdvanced computer skills - Word / Excel / Power BI / PowerPoint / Visio / SQLKnowledge and expertise in the use of Project, Program & Portfolio Management methodologies and toolsKnowledge of optimizing Microsoft Power BI dashboards and reports with a focus on usability, performance, testability and standardizationLanguages :

    Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbally)
    Preferred Education
    Secondary School not completed
    Preferred Level of Work Experience
