- Gestión de Contrataciones: Desde la creación de ofertas laborales hasta la negociación de condiciones laborales, gestión documental y el proceso de incorporación.
- Onboarding de Nuevos Empleados: Coordinar la ruta por las instalaciones, proporcionar formación inicial y presentar la empresa a los recién llegados.
- Participación en la Estrategia de Selección y Captación de Talento: Mantener un contacto directo con los Departamentos y Delegaciones para analizar sus necesidades y seguir de cerca los procesos y candidaturas.
- Análisis del Mercado Laboral: Mantenerse actualizado sobre los movimientos de contratación en sectores relevantes y asesorar al cliente interno en esta área.
- Colaboración con Instituciones Educativas: Establecer colaboraciones con universidades, centros de formación y organismos relacionados, además de participar en foros de empleo y eventos de talento.
- Gestión de Proveedores Externos: Negociar y gestionar asociaciones con partners y proveedores externos para diversas fases de los procesos de selección.
- Análisis de KPIs: Recolectar, gestionar y analizar indicadores clave relacionados con la rotación, altas, bajas y movimientos de trabajadores para liderar la estrategia de crecimiento de la empresa en materia de plantilla.
- Proyectos Interdepartamentales: Colaborar con otros departamentos, como Marketing, Legal y Administración, para alcanzar los objetivos de las estrategias de negocio.
- Gestión de Proyectos de Recursos Humanos Corporativos: Contribuir al desarrollo y ejecución de proyectos dentro de la función de Recursos Humanos de la empresa.
- Formación: Grado Universitario en Relaciones Laborales, Psicología, Sociología, ADE o campos similares.
- Experiencia: Al menos 3 años de experiencia en roles relacionados con la selección de personal.
- Conocimientos Técnicos: Familiaridad con diversas fuentes de reclutamiento, como Infojobs, Linkedin, Indeed, entre otras. Competencia en el uso del paquete Office.
- Habilidades Personales: Persona proactiva, ordenada y con una fuerte orientación hacia la calidad en el trabajo.
- Idiomas: Nivel medio-alto de inglés hablado y escrito, así como habilidades avanzadas en Alemán tanto hablado como escrito.
