Your responsibilities and impact as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be: As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be:
Leading and managing the full recruitment cycle from the first step and interviews to contract signing and onboarding
Supporting the recruitment strategy: job advertising optimization, recruiting marketing, jobplatform procurement, digital and nondigital employer brand marketing etc.
Partnering with the different stakeholders to identify future talent needs and proactively source to build an engaged pipeline

Requirements:

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

You have 2+ years of experience working in recruitment or HCM
You are proficient in MS Office and advanced in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
You have experience working with online applicant tracking systems (ATS)
You have an analytical mindset and organizational skills, with attention to details
You are excellent at prioritizing and multitasking, working in an efficient manner
You are motivated and thrive in a fastpaced industry
You are a teamplayer
You are fluent in German and English
