The Digital Partner Development Manager serves as a trusted adviser to our partners and develops a mutually beneficial relationship in alignment with HPE business priorities.
Articulates both HPE global and local business strategies to effectively "sell with", "sell to", and "sell through" our partners, creating a scalable selling ecosystem.
Develops knowledge of Partner priorities, industry trends, IT landscape, IT investment strategy, HPE priorities, and HPE Technology to differentiate HPE from competitors.
Coordinates and executes HPE activities with the Partner, leveraging HPE specialists when needed.Aligns field sales to drive increased value to HPE for pipeline and revenue/profit growth while leveraging the collective strength of the partner ecosystem.
In a typical day as aDigital Partner Development Manager for Belgium and Luxembourg, you would...
- Be the first point of contact towards a broad set of partners and support them in their daily tasks
- Provide resources and guidance to the partners on where to play within emerging trends in Partner's ecosystem in alignment with HPE business priorities
- Enacts daytoday HPE strategy, programs, and systems with and on behalf of the partner to assure accelerated financial outcomes and build partner loyalty to HPE
- Recruit and develop business relationships with new partners, working to increase partner commitment to HPE
- Analyze reports and assessment results to identify trends and issues, perform rootcause analysis for failures and data issues, develop recommendations for resolution and track effectiveness of remedies
- Effectively communicate issues to stakeholders
- Implement specified changes to data, content and systems to improve data quality, operational efficiency and effectiveness
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Typically 24 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success or Customer Service
- Full fluency in
Dutch and English, French is a strong plus
Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience administering and maintaining sales tools, systems, and online resources
- Understanding of business and sales processes and practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate plans, proposals, and results
