    At Im2 Energía Solar we keep growing We are looking for a PV Project Development Engineer (Processing) to join the Business Development department at our headquarters in Valencia.

    At Im2 Energía Solar we are leaders in the solar photovoltaic energy sector. With presence in Spain and Latin America, we are dedicated to the development, integral construction, independent energy production and O&M.

    From Im2 Solar Energy we are the answer to the great challenge that society has to face the serious problems of climate crisis, energy poverty and transition to a sustainable energy model. This is our motivation and commitment.

    Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the selected person will be responsible for the development of both projects currently under development and new photovoltaic projects in Spain, from an initial stage until reaching the RTB stage, obtaining all the necessary permits, contracts, licenses and authorizations to build and operate a photovoltaic solar plant.

    Functions

    • Control of project processing and development times in order to meet the objectives set by management.
    • Supervision of the technical projects required for processing.
    • Monitor the network of external collaborators in order to meet the development deadlines set.
    • Leading the relations with local and national public and private institutions involved in the development of the different projects (landowners, electricity distribution companies, municipalities, Industry, Environment...).

    Requirements

    • Technical university education, preferably in Industrial Engineering (electrical specialty).
    • Demonstrable experience in a position related to the development of energy projects.
    • Specific technical knowledge:
    • Knowledge of the regulation of the electricity sector in Spain.
    • Knowledge of the administrative procedures required for the construction and operation of energy projects, preferably renewable energy generation facilities.
    • High level of English (B2) desirable.
    • Availability to travel, national territory: between 25%-50%, depending on the degree of development of the projects.
