Our client, a leading manufacturer based in Barcelona, is seeking a French and Italian-speaking Customer Care Order Management Specialist to join their dynamic team.

Your requirements:

A successful work experience in an Order Management role.

Fluent in French, Italian and English as well as an additional European language.

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and CRM systems like SFDC, as well as proficiency in MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

What you will be doing:

• Ensure the resolution of complaints and investigate root causes to prevent recurring issues resulting in complaints.
• Manage invoice and dispute resolution in collaboration with Accounts Receivable.
• Process credit notes efficiently.
• Demonstrate commitment to resolving customer issues and responding to order status inquiries to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other functions such as Demand Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Tech Service to maintain or enhance customer satisfaction.
• Answer telephone calls, manage incoming correspondence, and redirect if necessary to the relevant departments or individuals in charge.

Travel : Minimum 10% - regional and some international travel may be required.
