    Job Description We are looking for a Data MarTech Strategy Manager to lead the management of our clients' data needs, as well as the creation and implementation of effective data strategies.

    This position involves maintaining a direct relationship with clients to understand their requirements and collaborate on creating innovative data solutions.

    The ideal candidate must have experience in digital marketing, technology or data management, as well as communication and interpersonal skills.


    Responsibilities:
    Maintain active and direct communication with clients to understand their data needs and deliver customized solutions.
    Collaborate with internal team to design and execute data strategies that meet client objectives.
    Advise clients on best practices in data-driven audience management and activation.
    Participate in the marketing of data solutions offered by ERIS, demonstrating their value and effectiveness.
    Analyze market and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement in data strategies.
    Manage projects related to the implementation of data solutions, ensuring timely and high quality delivery.
    Keep abreast of technological advances and emerging trends in the data field to provide up-to-date recommendations to clients.
    QualificationsMinimum of 8 years of digital marketing, technology and data management experience.
    Previous experience in consulting or account management roles in the data or technology industry.
    Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
    Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and lead multi-disciplinary projects.
    Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
    Customer orientation and ability to establish solid and trusting relationships.
    Previous experience in similar positions and possession of relevant certifications in the data and technology field are a plus.
