We are currently looking to fill the position of
Risk Strategy Manager within the Risk Management team.

As Risk Operations -
Risk Strategy Manager, your responsibilities will be:

Analyze transaction and customer data to develop fraud and risk control strategies needed to deliver on portfolio performance goals
Build and publish dashboards for ongoing monitoring of strategy performance. Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations summarizing findings, insights, and recommendations
Utilize fraud and risk monitoring tools to assist in identifying bad actors and fraudulent transactions
Engage on both strategic adhoc requests and projects, conducting independent research to propose rules and strategies to help mitigate risks across all products
Represent Risk Strategy in crossfunctional teams to implement risk mitigation strategies for new products or feature enhancements
Proactively stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to risk management and fraud prevention

About you

Must be curious and passionate about problemsolving
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in time series data
Must be able to clearly communicate with technical and nontechnical audiences
Selfstarter and effectively selfmanage pivoting on priorities when needed
Must be able to go into our offices located in Madrid, Spain

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science or Business Administration
2+ years' experience in data analysis and developing Fraud Management strategies, preferably in the Fintech or Payments industry
General knowledge of risk management services offered by Payments networks such as Visa and Mastercard
Demonstrated aptitude to independently learn new scripting languages, database platforms and analysis tools
Experience building reports in BI platforms such as Qlik, Power BI, or Tableau
Proficiency in using SQL, Python for data analysis
