Summary:

As the Continuous Improvement Expert at Outpayce, you will be responsible for assessing, defining, and implementing processes, both existing and new. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, senior management, and ensure the correct implementation of processes. Additionally, you will contribute to cross-functional projects, aligning with the organization's overall business directives.

In this role, you'll:

• Define the end-to-end process for regulated business by collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting the full process
• Develop strategies for improving processes
• Educate business users on managing various processes and conduct awareness communications
• Review the end-to-end process of customer flow, plan and implement enhancements, build RACI matrix, and develop improvement approaches
• Engage in project management activities for transformational projects, create and execute work plans, and ensure effective project controls
• Handle ad-hoc projects as per internal requirements, such as process automation

The ideal candidate:

• Holds a Bachelor's degree
• Has demonstrated experience in process creation and project management
• Possesses adaptability, interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively
• Can work collaboratively with diverse groups and individuals, independently within set plans
• Is proactive in decision-making, contributes to projects, suggests process improvements, and is accountable for commitments
• Certification in project management or Lean Six Sigma experience is advantageous
