- Handle analytical tasks for Product, Business, Sales, Marketing, and other teams, including basic statistical analysis, creating and optimizing analytical dashboards, and preparing data for further analysis and research.
- Provide data insights and business recommendations based on completed tasks.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and modeling to generate predictive insights and spot opportunities for revenue growth.
- Develop a deep understanding of our business, market trends, and emerging analytics and business intelligence technologies.
- Participate in designing and implementing data architecture and governance policies to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Work on data standardization and documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend their needs and deliver results and recommendations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Work with other Analytics teams on data warehousing and analytics infrastructure.
- Oversee and mentor junior analytics team members.
- Bachelor's degree in fields like Business, Analytics, Statistics, or Computer Science. Master's degree is a plus.
- Solid experience in analytics, business intelligence, or related areas.
- Good grasp of probability theory and statistics, including A/B testing.
- Strong analytical skills and capability to work with complex data sets.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Basic understanding and hands-on experience with Python.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in predictive modeling and other statistical analysis techniques.
- Background in product analytics.
- Proficiency in advertising platforms.
- Work experience in data development or analysis teams.
- Familiarity with key metrics of SaaS companies.
- Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Upper intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
- Prior experience in a SaaS organization.
